How to: Search based on properties information.
Solution:
Use file property information to create search criteria.
1) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Open...'. (The Open dialog box appears.)
2) Click 'Advanced...'. (The Advanced Find dialog box appears.)
3) To clear the existing search criteria in the 'Find files that match these criteria' box and use the default values in a search, click 'New Search'.

4) Type the desired information in the 'Property', 'Condition', and 'Value' boxes, in the 'Define More Criteria' group.

5) Click 'Add To List'. (The information appears in the Find files that match these criteria list box.)
6) To create additional sets of criteria:
a) Click 'And' or the 'Or'.
NOTE: 'And' finds files meeting ALL the specified criteria. 'Or' finds files meeting either one set of criteria or another.

b) Repeat steps 4) and 5).
c) Repeat step 6) for each additional set of criteria to create.
7) Select the desired drive and folder in which to search from the 'Look in' drop-down list box.
8) To search all subfolders of the folders on the selected drive, select the 'Search subfolders' check box.
9) (Optional) To save the search criteria:
a) In the 'Advanced Find' dialog box, click 'Save Search...'. (The Save Search dialog box appears.)
b) Type a desired name for the saved search criteria in the 'Name for this Search' box.
c) Click 'OK'. (The file is saved, and the Advanced Find dialog box reappears.)
10) Click 'Find Now'. (The Open dialog box reappears, and the files found are listed in the large list box in the middle of the Open dialog box.)
